Terms of Service

Vuela RCOl is entertainment software. Progress (Emeralds, species, regions, Golden Wings) is virtual and has no cash value.

The app may run in beta. Features, balances, and saved progress can change or reset without notice while we improve the experience.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with World App and local laws.

World ID verification may be required for certain features (leaderboard, referrals, on-chain rewards).

The Shop lets you buy Diamond Chests with WLD or $RCOL through your World App wallet. This is an in-app purchase.

Diamonds are an in-game gem only. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, sold for fiat, or transferred outside the game.

Diamonds are used for cosmetics and convenience (e.g. time shortcuts). They do not grant unfair ranking advantages — leaderboard scores are capped and sanitized server-side.

All on-chain payments are final once confirmed on World Chain. Refunds follow World App and platform policies; we do not process card refunds directly.

Prices and pack contents may change. Demo mode (development only) may credit Diamonds without payment.

Some milestones may distribute $RCOL or other tokens on World Chain. Amounts, eligibility, and availability can change.

You are responsible for wallet security and network fees. We are not liable for lost keys, wrong addresses, or chain congestion.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or manipulate leaderboards. We may reset progress, remove scores, or restrict access.

Cloud saves and anti-cheat checks are best-effort; we do not guarantee detection of every abuse.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCOl and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
